A successful education visit to Scotland
In May, AOK Learning organised an education visit to Scotland for a delegation from Serbia. The week long trip looked at Scottish exams and the processes for quality assurance (more info). In total 17 delegates from Serbia attended and AOK arranged visits to schools, colleges, SQA, SCQF and City and Guilds. As well as the education visits, the party was keen to learn more about Scotland so visits were also arranged to Edinburgh Castle and Stirling, as well as a whisky tasting at one of our local Malt Whisky distilleries! To make sure the trip went without a hitch, AOK also organised transport for the week and a hotel for all the delegates. Everyone agreed it was a successful trip and went back to Serbia with many new and innovative ideas to put into practice.
AOK would like to thank Hermitage Academy, Coltness High School, Clydebank FE College, SQA, SCQF and City and Guilds for all their help in presenting to the Serbian visitors.
